Grads and Dads and Moms Kiddush 2024

Use this form to sign up to sponsor the Grads, Dads and Moms Kiddush on
June 8, 2024. The deadline is Sunday, May 26th.

PLEASE READ:
- If you are selecting the $100 maximum in the graduate section, it includes names of graduates, dads, moms, etc. so please don't select any other options. Add the Grad/Dad/Mom name(s) in the text box below.
- If you are sponsoring Sushi for $180, it is inclusive of all options, so please don't select any others. Add the Grad/Dad/Mom name(s) in the text box below.

ALL GRADES: Nursery through PhD
Select the number of grads you are honoring. Cost is $70 for the first graduate and $30 for each additional graduate per family with a $100 maximum per family for any combination of Grads/Dads/Moms.
If you are selecting the $100 maximum, please don't choose any other options below.
Remember to list the names in the text box below.
