Please use this form to reserve a room (or rooms) for your event or simcha. If this is an offsite event, please select "Offsite" instead of a room. You will receive a confirmation when the event has been added to the calendar. 

Once you complete the form:

• Typically, within 72 hours, Marty Siederer will get back in touch with you to confirm the event date or provide suggestions for alternate dates.  If this is a time-sensitive situation such as a bris or if you have questions about the calendar, please call or text Marty at 732-995-6899.

• Once the date is confirmed, we’ll ask for a $100 deposit to hold the event on the YIEB calendar.  (The deposit can be also paid when you submit the online room reservation form.)  Barbara Goldman, the Chair of our Catering Committee, will typically reach out to you within two weeks of your reservation (sooner for bris or time-sensitive events) to help guide you through the particulars for your simcha to make it a memorable occasion, and will provide you with a contract to confirm the details.   Barbara can also be reached via phone/text at 732-599-6390.   Miltie Goldman, our House Chair, may also reach out to you regarding the room set-up for your event.

• If your event is taking place outside of Shabbat and, depending on the size and scope of your event, you may also hear from Jeff Chustckie or Alan Wolkoff, the heads of our security committee.  While we are in a very caring and loving community, the worldwide climate we are in requires that we are vigilant in protecting you, your guests, and the staff and volunteers who are helping with your event.
