• The slate of board of director nominees for the 2013/2014 fiscal year will be presented.

• Amendment to YIEB Constitution - discussion and approval of a proposed amendment to the Constitution of the Congregation to eliminate a provision that currently requires that, if the Congregation ceases to exist, any net assets of the Congregation shall inure to the National Council of Young Israel (NCYI). We are now amending our Constitution because NCYI recently voted, 67-1-1, to amend its charter to eliminate this requirement, thus authorizing branches like YIEB to remove such provisions from their governing documents. Approval of this Amendment requires the consent of 2/3 of the members voting at the meeting.
