Camp Keshet

Located at YIEB, Camp Keshet is a New Jersey licensed and certified camp divided into two main divisions to better accommodate the needs of our campers. When you join the Camp Keshet family, your children will enjoy a fantastic summer filled with great friends, encouraging and supportive staff, comfortable traditions and exciting challenges — all within days filled with Jewish values, Hebrew songs, and love of Israel.

All meals are provided by the camp and there is a bus to and from Highland Park/Edison, NJ. Please contact Miriam Greenstein at campkeshet@yieb.org for more information.

  • The Lower Division includes campers aged 2 to 4 in a full-day, half-day, or customized program.
  • The Upper Division is comprised of campers entering Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades in a full-day program with the number of weeks customizable.
  • Our MIT Program (madrichim-in-training) teaches children to be counselors and they participate in the adventure trips with TLC.
  • Camp Keshet’s Tween/Teen Leadership through Chesed (TLC) Program is open to those entering 5th through 9th Grades. TLC is the perfect opportunity to join with young teens throughout Central New Jersey to do something meaningful during the summer and still have loads of fun. TLC focuses on leadership skills through chesed work. Of course, campers get the opportunity to swim, participate in sports clinics, enjoy various electives, take great trips, and do creative arts projects, but the focus at TLC is building the leadership skills of our young teens and their understanding of the importance of chesed in our community. Campers enrolled in TLC will address different issues each week as they work to better their communities. They also enjoy a day of fun once a week to area amusement parks, mini golf, bowling, and other exciting attractions.
