Young Israel of East Brunswick Welcomes Rabbi Jay Weinstein and Family

The Young Israel of East Brunswick, the only Orthodox synagogue in East Brunswick, NJ, is pleased to announce that Rabbi Jay Weinstein will join the synagogue as its full-time Rabbi on August 1, 2010.

Rabbi Weinstein, his wife Sharon, and their two children, will be relocating to East Brunswick at the end of July from Dallas, Texas, where Rabbi Weinstein has served since 2007 as Assistant Rabbi at Congregation Shaare Tefilla.

“We are excited to be joining the Young Israel and the East Brunswick community,” Rabbi Weinstein said. “The shul has all the right ingredients to continue its growth and to become a dynamic place of tefilla (prayer), Jewish learning and community building. We appreciate the very warm welcome that has been extended to us both from families within the shul and beyond.”
